Length restriction: 450’ Breadth restriction: 90’ Air draft restriction: No restriction. Anchorage: Deep water anchorage available just outside port entrance. The pilot will indicate the best place on request. Pilotage procedures: Pilot and Horbormaster can be contacted by VHF Channel 16 and by radiotelephone on 2738Mhz. Pilot boards approximately 1 mile outside the first buoy. Pilot station: 1 mile from seabuoy Towage: None available. Working hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00. Sat 08:00-12:00 Equipment: Forklifts of 4.5 tons, 6 tons and 10 tons, toploaders, shore cranes available on site. Storage: 2,200 square meters Water: There is a pipeline available alongside, but due to low pressure a portable pump is required. Alternatively, fresh water can be supplied by tank truck. Bunker: Fuel and diesel oil available by tank truck from Santo Domingo and arranged through the agent. Trucks carry either 5,000 or 10,000 US gallons. Ship repair: Some shore facilities for minor repairs are available. Further repair shops available in Santo Domingo. Medical facilities: Emergency and minor care only.
